I've been there a couple of month ago, it's called Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck. You'll have a great view of Dallas. It's not expensive if you go there around happy hours 4-7 pm weekdays.

It's been closed for "renovation" for three years. Safe to say, the observation deck is closed permanently, and we can thank the restaurant for that.

There used to be room up there you could 'rent out' for parties - it was very plain. Do you know if that's still there?

Chase Tower sky lobby is great and open during normal business hours. Just take the center elevators right up to the top. It's not great for photos but gives a good view to the north and south.

The top of the Sheraton has a partial view from the ballroom levels, which are usually open/accessible during the week. Unfortunately the observation level hasn't been open for years.
