During peak hours, about an hour.

Otherwise, 40 mins.

I'm guessing this is between 31-33 miles ?

Isn't that over by the IMAX Cinemark?

I live in Mckinney and my husband commutes to downtown. It takes him about 45 minutes to well over an hour. It depends on how many wrecks are on the road. Yesteray they had a wreck off of Stacy and one in Richardson. It took him over an hour yesterday which he said was fast since it was 2 wrecks.
