I was wondering if anyone uses this credit union? Just wondering if they are good or bad (or I should avoid like the plague)

I know InTouch Credit Union quite well. It was formerly EDS Credit Union. My father works in management there. I also have two friends that work there. They pay their employees quite well. I tried to get a job there four years ago, made it through the interview and was about to be hired until they found out that I was the son of one of their employees in management. VERY strict nepotism policy. Anyway, yes, it is a great credit union with excellent service and deposit/loan rates.

Thumbs down InTouch - Noticably small

I have an auto loan with this company and also considered a mortgage with them. I find their customer service to be sub standard. Their rates are good but I got so frustrated with their lack of response during my mortgage process that I ended up going with a more mainstream bank that even gave me a better rate. These smaller institutions just can't match the benefits you will get with a larger company.
