I'm getting married in a few months and I need to have my wedding dress taken in the tiniest bit. I've never taken any clothing to a tailor before, and I don't know what to look for/who to go to.

Check out TheKnot.com local Dallas board...There is a woman named Becky Fowler who is in Irving who is so reasonable and does a fabulous job. Most of the girls on the board use her and her info can be found there. May be a little far from Plano, but well worth the drive.

I second Becky Fowler. She did my dress PERFECTLY. Plus, her prices were 1/4 of what I was quoted by other tailors. She even made me custom sleeves. I personally know someone else who had her custom made by Becky. She is so sweet, and she presses your dress for free the week of your wedding.
