I am moving to the Dallas area and have a 2 year old son that was diagnosed with PDD-NOS. I want to move to the city with the best special ed/ppcd program. I have been looking at Plano, Frisco, Murphy, Allen and Highland Village. I'm not worried about commute at all. I just want the best school district for my son that will give him personalized attention. We are looking for a house around 225K.

My vote goes to Irving ISD. They have a great PPCD program. The only downside is that their elementary schools with PPCD are in South Irving which isn't exactly an upmarket place to live.
