We popped into this house back when the Whitesides had it listed many years ago. It has a teeny-tiny kitchen and the layout is funky. I remember 3 of the bedrooms being up separate staircases and not connected in any way. Of those 3 that I remember, 1 was technically a maid's quarters and was accessed from a pantry closet spiral staircase or something (very narrow at that)...that's the one in the turret.

Yes it is 749K today but it was 1.395K 2 years ago. I hope they fixed the roof leaks they had back then.

A lot of the big homes had tiny kitchens (especially Hutsells) because there was a servant's quarters out back and they only came in to cook and clean..people didn't live in their kitchens, they had little buzzers in the dining room floor to have their food served...
