My husband's aunt is interview for a position in Addison and her husband is looking at a job on 635 near Duncanville. They are looking at renting something reasonable (1400 a month) thats safe. Where should I have them look?

Thanks in advance!

Also Las Colinas.......75062, 75038 or 75039

Las Colinas to DUNCANVILLE?
who would want to make that drive 5x2 a week--
not me...
it is across the most of the Dallas metroplex--would probably take 40 min each way depending on start/stop address--and part of it is under construction

For jobs in those two locations there IS no good place to rent--
one person is going to be making a bad commute

You might ask them to check out north Euless == But Google maps has it almost as far as from Las Colinas to Duncanville

I don't see Las Colinas as so offensive. Las Colinas to Duncanville is a straight shot south on Loop 12. LC to Addison is a straight shot east on 635.

Lakewood is the crazier suggestion. That's driving all over kingdom come.

OP, have them look at 75208. North Oak Cliff neighborhoods of Kessler Park, Winnetka Heights, Stevens Park, etc. An easy 15-20 minute drive to Duncanville and a 25-30 minute, mostly reverse commute via 35 & Tollroad to Addison.

yes--LC to Addison is no big deal

Duncanville on Loop 12 just seemed a long drive--
I thought Loop 12 was under construction--

My grandson works in Duncanville and is a regular dogsitter at my house in North Irving/LC. Takes him 30 minutes via loop 12. I also drive to Addison regularly. About 25 minutes.
