We will relocate to TX from Chicago in July and really need to hire a moving company. We will pack our own stuff and ask them to do the furniture plus loading and unloading. Please please let me know if anyone experienced a good mover.

Thank you

When we moved from Chicago to Houston TX, we used United, they were really good. When we moved from Houston to Dallas, we used Daryl Flood, they were really good too. I would highly recommend both of them. Make sure you check out websites like movingscam.com, only use reputable movers for interstate moves, make sure the company offer "visual inspection", and give you "binding not to exceed estimate". Do get a few quotes from different companies, but remember, the cheapest may not be the cheapest at the end.

Thank you so much. I called them but they said it is too soon for them to move... at least 3 weeks to 4 weeks before theay can send some one out.

Are you or anyone familiar with Golan's moving?
