However that was highly unusual - the only other ice storm like that most people can remember is the one over New Year's 1979. We've had two big snows in the last 50 years - one in 1964 and another in 2009.

Deloitte University (training facility) is there, but no professionals working for Deloitte will be be staffed there. No young professionals working for Deloitte (in Dallas or the few in Fort Worth) will want to consider living in Westlake. And for those of us that are road warriers, living near the office isn't that big of a deal, either.
