Allegedly , fast enough where I can't take driver's education...by 1 mph. 60 in a 35 allegedly. "You are not charged with speeding in excess of 24 miles per hour over the speed limit,"...I see this as 35mph is not speeding....and 36 is. So I was allegedly 24 over.

However, none of that matters because at the time of the ticket I had an out of state license.

Were there any cameras or anything that you could use in your defense?

It happened on a quite service road in the evening. I was accelerating in anticipation of a highway on ramp coming up shortly. But it turns out there wasn't a highway on ramp coming. I was unfamiliar with the area.

Try Grant St. Julian. He's represented me on a number of tickets, and I've been pleased with the results.
Here's his information: 3500 Oak Lawn Avenue Dallas, TX 75219-4308 - (214) 528-6220
