Anybody know where you can buy eggs from locally raised chickens in the East Dallas area? Urban Acres is out because we were members once, but quit when the fees got to high. I'm really only wanting the eggs, too.

call some of the "farmer market" stores in the area--the ones that are open all the time and supposedly have home-grown veggies and stuff
also call some health food stores--they might have local eggs

Forgive me, but I'm curious to know if the farmer's markets are also known to sell duck eggs? I'm relocating in roughly 1 year, so I can't visit them myself to find out

There's a lady that sells them at the Farmer's Market downtown on weekends, I'll repost if I can remember the name ....

I think this is it: http://www.localharvest.org/haney-farm-and-eggs-M29686

Also here is a listing of vendors: http://www.dallasfarmersmarket.org/Shop/vlist.html (broken link)

A friend gave me a flyer for Texasdailyharvest.com - they have a home delivery service. I'm not sure if she uses them yet, though.
