There are a lot of rental townhomes at La villita in Las Colinas which is fairly close to coppell.

Not sure if you are looking to rent or buy, but there are very few actual townhomes in Coppell. I just did a search and only three townhome rentals came back that are actually in the city of Coppell. They are all in the Townhouses of Coppell subdivision near Riverchase and are not in the Coppell ISD (they are Carrolton Farmers Branch schools). Only one of the eight for sale has Coppell schools. If you don't want/need Coppell proper the suggestion for La Villita is good. You may also want to explore Valley Ranch for more options.

I was checking the La villita townhomes in Las Colinas, does seem a very good area. But i am unable to find the website for the La Villita townhomes to get more details on pricing and floor plans. Any inputs?
