We tried it and had a poor experience, but maybe it was just a really bad day. DFW's Jewish community is just pretty darn small compared to many other cities as noted on this thread.

As far as I can tell it's a border, but watched closely by the rabbis to make sure no part of it is down. We have two, one is North Dallas and also a Far North Dallas. Lot's of Orthodox families live within them. I was never aware of this until a few years ago but find it fascinating.
