Don't let anyone dissuade you from trying Jamaica Gates though. It's good Caribbean food, a relative rarity in the DFW area and it's not a chain. And they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights. It is in Arlington though, not Dallas.

There is also Tubing on the Trinity in Ft worth.
