Does anyone have any experience with PSW Homes? We're considering the 5300 Glencoe development by Mockingbird and 75, but the style is just so unique. I'm not sure if the renderings don't do the complete product justice or if it will really look as stark and cold when complete.

It's a terrific location (I think), with high quality finishes, and newer construction will hopefully mean much less maintenance, but what are everyone's thoughts? While these are true single family detached homes, the duplexes in the area that were built in 2008ish sell for around the same price point, but have much nicer, traditional finishes. Are the PSW Homes superior to duplexes in the area?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I think they're really cool. Such a breath of fresh air from the cookie cutter brick homes. It's like an extension of the M-Streets. Love the porches. Several builders in the burbs are leaning towards the 30' product now.
