My work is close to TX 190/ US 75 in Plano. I want to be within 15 minutes of work, and 30 minutes of NCTC college. I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment under $800 a month (including utilities if possible, preferably cheaper!) that's safe for a female living alone. I also have a small Dachshund pup that'll be living with me, so pet friendly apartments are a must.

Thank you all very much. I'm looking forward to moving to this area from South Houston. I'll definitely be around a lot to learn more about the Dallas area!

I had to look up NCTC because I had never heard of it (and I'm native to Dallas!). Which campus are you talking about?

The address is North Central Texas College, 1500 N Corinth St, Corinth, TX 76208 if that helps? I'm not attending, my fiancé will be though so I wanted to be close. I don't know much about it, really.

Also- Would Carrollton be a decent area to live in?
