I've heard Plano and Allen have a dangerous element, too.
If you know what I mean. (Very Ghettoa!)

Really? I thought Plano is an upper middle class suburb, pretty much built out. Its known for its good schools and is most popular with families.

That tugging sensation on your lower extremities is the previous posters pulling your leg....

It is Angel, the Dallas folks are taking aim at the burbs again. Don't go cruising around south of I30 after dark, or southwest of a i35 to SH183 line. There are pockets outside of that in the city that are too numerous to mention, but by and large you should be alright. I know I'll probably get some screams for saying that but the PD stats back me up on this.

Honestly, I go down to fair park all the time and, of course, every fall at the state fair and I've never had a problem. The crime stats say that's in proximity to one of the worst areas in town. But I think being a victim of crime is half luck wherever you are, you think some areas are safe then you hear of someone being shot on a freeway in Plano or a rape in Frisco and you realize it could hit you anywhere.

You are out of your friggin' mind. Some of the best neighborhoods in the MetroPlex are south of I-30, including my crime-free area. Stop flapping your gums about things you obviously know nothing about.
