Funny, Jerry Jones was looking to tie that property up to build a Super Mall last year. Was supposed to be in shape of a Star. Ha! No kidding.

Gotta love journalists.

There's still land Frisco has yet to annex south of U.S. Highway 380, but I have faith they'll get that done and it will be theirs. I believe Prosper also has the same issue north of 380, but expect that to change. The Savannah area, however, should be gobbled up by the town of Cross Roads, which is just west. Frisco has already annexed the area in question (the shopping center). In addition, just southwest of there will be new development off the Dallas North Tollway at the future Virginia Parkway interchange. So, all that combined is going to be a huge cluster.
Speaking of Jerry Jones, I'm surprised we HAVEN'T heard more about his new property. Anyone heard anything or know anything?

A friend of mine "escaped" to a nice house up there about 20 years ago. I can hear him cursing right now, lol.

There's an article in today's Dallas Morning News about development along 380. I guess Huffines is going to build more out there.
