I've been in Dallas for 1.5 years now and am ready to buy a house. I am looking for a realtor that is patient, experienced with the new home building process and USDA loans. My husband and I are looking to move to the Little Elm area. Please let me know if you can help us out.

Hello,
I sent you a private message. Were you looking to build a new home or were you open to buying an existing one? The reason I ask is because I remember seeing some houses for sales on the street my brother in law lives on which is Pine Trail Drive. Very nice neighborhood, my family and I are usually visiting every weekend. I did some some lots available as well. They are building a shopping complex in walking distance from there. So I'm sure the prices of the houses will go up. Feel free to contact Don, he is very helpful. Thanks

Default real estate

I sent you a pm with some recommendations. You definitely want a realtor to represent you when buying new construction. Also, it's a good idea to get a home inspection on new construction. Just because it is 'new' doesn't mean it was built correctly.
