I am pretty sure the BEatles played and stayed there when they came through in the early 60's. Legend has it Raquel Welch waited tables at the bar.

Yep. A large one with an underwater wall that separated the deep end from the shallow end.

I can't swear to the veracity of this but I read somewhere that the actor that played "lurch" on the addams family also played organ at the Lochwood Luby's.

Don't remember that one. I think maybe you were dreaming about Lurch playing the organ on TV.

I do remember Miss Inez playing there. She even played Baby Elephant Walk for me once.

One time I was riding the shockwave at six flags and the concorde took off and flew between six flags and downtown. I thought I was hallucinating but read in the paper that this was it's last US flight because of noise abatement rules against sonic booms.

An accomplished musician, Cassidy moonlighted at Luby's Cafeteria in the Lochwood, Dallas, Texas shopping center in Dallas, playing the organ to entertain patrons. In 1957, Margaret gave birth to their son, Sean; in 1960, daughter Cameron was born.
Heres what I found on wikipedia.
