Gotcha! I know it well. Used to go to San Francisco Steak house there. That was a major restaurant row on Composite.

Trying to find anyone who remembers where the old skate park was off of Forest Ln and what it was called. It was either at Forest and Jupiter or Forest and Plano Rd. I remember going there in the 70's with my parents and watching people skate.

There is a skating rink off of Forest on Yale which is between Jupiter & Plano Rd. Westlake Skate. Still there, been there this year for a school function. On down Forest was Blazer Bowl and friend of mine her dad owned it.

I never went to any of these as a kid/teen as I was over in FB/Carrollton. For us it was Josey Skateland.

Smile Channel 11

Grew up in Waco, but got Dallas channels on our antenna.Unfortunately,my family had a scumbag aunt&uncle who lived in Pleasant Grove.Wrestling owned Dallas back in the day.Always funny how Bill King was such a nice guy,but always looked p/o'd in his commercials. And who can forget Bill Mercer doin'Kissinger's weekly specials?Y'all git a bonus if anyone can remember the killer whale's name from Seven Seas in Arlington.

Does anyone remember those old commercials for mobile homes..."A-1 is number oooooonnnneeeee!". I think I watched a little too much Channel 11 when I was little. And the Davidson brothers car dealership commercials with the German shepherd that barked at the end?
