No it is supposed to measure these things. It doesn't. Anyone who has seen TAKS based worksheets given to their child would know that. Anyone who has seen how as we have increased this type of testing across the US, education overall ha gotten worse, would know that basing decision on Test scores is ridiculous.

Thank god not everyone in Plano is full of hatred of anyone who isn't rich like you are.

What a sad prejudiced person you are.

My best friend is a black guy, and I have tons of customers of all races in the 'ghettos' of Dallas that I am friends with, so you can take a hike off a short pier with your race card.

And I am not from Plano, by the way. LOL.

P.S. I know lots of good contractors, including welders, so if you need a good contact or two to make you some burglar bars for your house...let me know...being in Junius Heights, Fair Park, or whatever --- it's good to plan ahead in those parts of town.

As I posted in the other place you smeared people in the lower half of the economic spectrum (I understand if you simply like to drop offensive comments, then loose interest after a while you may not have read it) I don't equate prejudice against those of lower income with racial prejudice. It is an entirely different form of unrelated prejudice. It is prejudice nonetheless. Racial prejudice is a type of prejudice. I don't at all believe it is the type you suffer form, your seem to suffer from an economic form of prejudice.
I also know a few good contractors, including one in my neighborhood. I've never sen a home around here with burglar bars, you know since they are totally unnecessary.
Frankly if you think Junius Heights and Fair Park are in any ways similar, I question your knowledge of anything in this part of Dallas.

Some of these posts give you a good idea of just how snotty, elitist, and arrogant some people in Dallas can be.

Ghetto is a loaded word, you know it's going to get people upset.

Look, I get it. You are resentful because you can't understand why people are making different choices than you. You feel superior and above it all because your ruler is crooked. You can't imagine anyone who is different than you.

That's who moves to Plano. That's what Plano produces. You'll need to stay in Plano to maintain the illusion.

I agree with this post except I think you should have stopped before the last section - these little jabs are when you start sliding down to the same level. IMO

Agreed. I was raised in Plano, and I certainly don't appreciate the comment. Sigh. Someday I'm sure I'll find an internet forum where people can actually converse without resorting to name calling and other nonsense... Oh who am I kidding. It doesn't exist.

Really!? You want to know why people hate Plano and many of it's residents, it's attitudes like yours. I'm all for debates where people have valid points, but that comment is just asinine. It ranks up there with the idiot a while back who was aghast that there was someone panhandling in Plano and that they didn't want to have to see such things.

Why don't you just be honest, we all know what you really mean by the term ghetto.
