Which area would you choose and why? Both seem like nice areas with similar average incomes (75-80 K) Also, how is the commute on 35 E compared to US 75? Thanks!!

Commute to downtown? I would much rather do it on 75 than 35.

35 is a nightmare with no real other alternatives if there is a problem on the highway. At least on 75 you can get off and get around to Dallas on side streets. There is also more 18 wheeler traffic on 35. Listen to 1080 news and traffic, there is always something wrong on 35 coming into dallas. another hot spot is 635 westbound at Midway, I think there is a crash there daily.
