Hi,

We are a family with a 4 yr old kid moving to Dallas. My work place would be in Routh Street Dallas (I guess downtown), Zip code 75201

I was wondering if you can recommend any good apartments with Asian Indian community which could include
1) Good Asian Indian community with near by Indian stores
2) Proximity to good preschools
3) Around 30 minutes driving (car) distance to Routh Street (factoring usual traffic)
4) Near by public transportation (BART) options

I heard Irving and Plano are good Asian indian community but not sure if that is good option for a daily Routh Street commute ? What are other localities that could be a good option?

If you know any apartment complex names/preschools name, please share the same.

Thanks a ton....
.

valley ranch has a very high population of professional Indians and is a good commute to downtown. Lots of Indian grocery places and Indian restaurants. Zip code 75063

Valley Ranch is nice. I wouldn't really say it is close to DART options, though. Most of the areas you are going to be looking in are not anyway.

If your are looking at neighborhoods that are mostly Indian, Valley Ranch probably has to be number 1. The north side of Plano has many, many Indians, but it's more diverse (with more East Asians). Valley Ranch is straight up India in Texas.
