The state fair food service is done by the city of dallas like it is at the convention center.

Its a disgrace.

I've been to the fair and to conventions and the service and quality of the food is awful. It really is disgusting.

If they would open up the food to private firms, we'd see a lot more variety.

At the airports you see a lot of variety due to the privatization and we really need this at the fair and other Dallas owned venues.
