Need Help Getting Documents.... (license, social security, birth certificate)

A friend of mine got a DWI this past Friday night. They kept her DL. So she has no license or ID. Well to get a TX issued ID, you need a birth certificate or SS card. Well she can find neither at the time.

And the thing about it, it seems to get any of those 3 documents, you need one of the other 2 or both.

Any way to go about getting a birth certificate, SS card or ID without any of the other documents?

You can get a Social Security card with other identification. Here is the link for acceptable documentation:

Once you get the SS card, you can then apply for the birth certificate (depending on which state).

My husband went through a similar issue to obtain a Texas D/L (his Illinois one had expired), and he could not locate his SS card or D/L.
