So is this the fourth apt complex announced around victory? I'm trying to keep count.

1) by the Dart station
2) Pike Park
3) Lot F
4) This Camden property.

or is the camden property one of the others listed?

Its the fourth, but:

1.) by the Dart Station
2.) Pike Park
3.) Lot F/Camden property
4.) 23 story apt/office tower at High Market Museum Way and Victory Ave

Great to see Victory and West Village filling up at the same time. There was a time where it seemed like neither would come close to filling up their lots. Looks like both will be left with very little as far as lots go. Would be nice if the projects on the east side of downtown could get going too.

So...does the 23 story apt/office tower have anything to do with building being built next to the park in VP?

yeah, that's the project if you mean the block immediately north of the park.

Go Victory Park. It's finally starting to reach its potential. Get more residents and the retail and other amenities will follow. Will be a great destination for Dallas residents. Similar to Gallery Place here in DC being an entertainment spot.

this and the adjacent upcoming development are basically right on Turtle Creek and Katy Trail. Just to the east instead of the west.
