Willow Bend is a community in West Plano. There is also a mall called Willow Bend Mall... don't know anything about any event there.

I'm planning on taking the Dart to the Victory Park... lot less headache and don't have to worry about driving... hehehe!!!

It goes close but not "thru" Victory Park. Lots of people take the DART train for the basketball and hockey games down at the AAC. On Ch. 8 the other night they said that the restaurants and bars around there will all be open later, fireworks, concerts and such. I don't know where the concerts will be but I assume outside or in some of the bars.

how close exactly. I don't want to be walking miles in the freezing cold here. I want to enjoy my new years eve.

1 block west of the AAC so you must walk across the sidewalk and a little down the street

The dart stops right by the parking lot of the AAC so even if you drive there, you have to park and then walk to any area you're going to.
