Hey amazing people of Dallas City Forum!
I am currently living at Lakewood on the Trail - great management, cute place, but the high ceilings and poor insulation are making me constantly COLD while paying super high electric bills. Awful combination! I also don't need a pool or gym. What I would love is a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath apt/home/duplex with a garage and washer/dryer in a nice neighborhood for my 4 year old son and myself for under $1400. Any leads would be so appreciated. My ex lives in Lakewood, so we have that address for lakewood elementary, but would like to remain close.
Thanks!

Hi! I'm currently living in Monticello Crossroads, a condo complex, which is on Martel - right across the street from Glencoe Park. We have a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo, with a one car garage. We also have a washer/dryer - but not all units do. And we pay $1300 a month. And there is actually a pool too! It might be a good place to look.

MC is really nice. Also, look at the duplexes near Casa Linda. Streets are San Fernando, Redondo, Angora, etc.
