Need to make a decision on which side of town to be on. Looking for the following (preferably). Making the move in next few months.

1. Home price anywhere from $500-650 range
2. Need 4/5 bedrooms on 1/2 to 1 acre lot w/pool
3. Awesome schools (public) Whats better Colleyville or Lovejoy ISD
4. Commute to Frisco area (only a few days a week, others work @ home)

Thanks so much! Cant wait to come down and check out the area!

Fairview. Lovejoy is a very good district to be in and the commute up 121 is pretty easy and will only be easier when it's finished. You are also close to everything but still a little out there. Only negative may be traffic from the mall being built right now.
Check out Oakwood Estates (although you may not find much in that price range).
