There are apartments just west of Campbell and Coit on Lauder. It's also in the Richardson school district. Just a suggestion.

I have seen the apartments from the outside, and they do blend in with the neighborhood well. The elementary school is EXCELLENT in that area.

Let us know how you are doing.

I decided to go with a place in Plano off of Devonshire Drive. The apartment is a condo that is being leased out by the owner. Its a bit pricey but I will say the neighborhood does feelsafe

What does feelsafe feel like? Your in Plano just like Hicksville USA you will have crime [maybe a bit lower, but it's there] I live in No East Dallas [Dallas Richardson Garlad corner] I feel safe BUT I know there's crime around. NEVER let your guard down and let your inner voice speak once in a while. [21 yrs Security officer]

When I say "Feel safe" I mean I don't have to worry about getting attacked by a dog while trying to get into the house. I don't have to worry about crossing a street without a crosswalk and getting hit by fast moving cars.

I carry my mace, I have my renters insurance, and I have a nice little buddy I nick named "Shelly" that will reside in its box under my bed. Crime is the last thing on my mind
