Basically one family bought the mansion next door and they are joining the two homes via a connecting construction project that itself would be a really big home. My guess is the result will look great when done as the owner's original mansion was one of the best looking homes on the street.

I know who owns as well. Apparently, the guy is one of the best people in his field on the planet. I have no problem with the talented and the innovative living well. I'm fascinated by the home.

Same thing was done in Far North Dallas along Bent Tree Country Club on Club Hill I believe is the street. Took 2 good sized homes and connected them, seller when I saw it was last name of Greenburg wondered if it was the Rangers guy. The combined home was well done but dated interior needing updating but the place's bones were spectacular.
