Hello,

We have found a house we really like, but it is in Estates on Legacy and I have a few questions about the neighborhood. First, we have two children, 1 and 4. We were hoping to find a house in a neighborhood that has more community areas, like a park and greenbelt. Does anyone live in Estates on Legacy? What is the neighborhood like for children? Is there an active HOA? What is The Lakes tennis academy like?

Thanks! Any info would be really appreciated.

Here is the City of Frisco's HOA Directory, which includes both maps and contacts for every HOA community in Frisco, including the Estates on Legacy (#11).

I was just in this neighborhood this morning showing a home on Explorer. Super nice neighborhood. There are 3 sections to the neighborhood. Patio homes aka zero lot line, those are in the gated area. The Estates and the custom homes at $1m+.

The HOA does include the membership at the Tennis Lakes Academy across the street. It's a very nice facility with summer camps, daycare, swimming and fitness programs. HOA runs $650-$1350 depending where you buy.

It is zoned to the Lewisville school district too.
