I consider it somewhat walkable. Sure it's a bit of a distance, but not impossible to walk it.

But there are places that are much more closer, and that is what I'm focusing on. Oak Lawn is just something I may potentially be interested in, which is why I came here to gather more information. It's not as walkable as other properties I'm looking at, so it's not as high of a priority, but I'm not going to rule it out, either.

Oak Lawn will have more of a residential ambiance.
Uptown will feel more 'in the city'.
