I'm moving to Irving for grad school next month and unfortunately I've just been informed that I'm on a waitlist for campus housing (University of Dallas). I've been researching apartments in the area and my biggest concern is finding something suitable (bedbug and roach free) in my price range (max $700/per month). Any suggestions on areas I can look in? I should also add that I wouldn't be opposed to commuting if need be. So far Camden Cimarron (located on Cimarron Trail). Has had fairly decent reviews.

Thanks!

I would google Dallas Apartment Locators and allow one of them to do the work for you. It's a complimentary (to you) service.

Your budget is too low for this area. The Shores at Las Colinas is the lowest priced but they're not updated.

Respectfully disagree. There are properties around Cimmaron that are >700. A specific one I looked at was a smaller property, had 4 apartments to a building, with upstairs and downstairs units (with patio/balcony). Close to Cimmaron and Winstead. If I find the exact name, I'll PM you. An apartment locator found it for me.
