Hi:

I am in the process of buying a new house built by Portrait Homes.

1. Any opinions on this builder?

2. The house is located in Ridgeview Drive and Independence Pkwy in Plano but with Frisco ISD. Any tax issues due to the fact that the house is located in Plano and the school district is Frisco ISD?

3. How is the commute from here to downtown Dallas?

We just moved to Plano. So, we need your expert guidance and thanks in advance for your feedback.

The commute depends on what hours you work but its safe to say it will be a long one.
