Hello,

My family and I are relocating to the Dallas, TX area from Tampa, FL. My new job will be in Irving our family consists of a 1 year old boy and a 12 year old girl. So we are looking for a good 4 to 5 bedroom rental property in the $2500 dollar range located in the best schooling area as possible. My husband is a big baseball fan so we would like to be both close to my work and the stadium.

I appreciate your help in advance.

Well not to nit pick (but everyone knows I do anyway), Irvine is in California. You're moving to Irving.

Northern Irving, parts of Valley Ranch, are in the Coppell school district which is one of the best in Texas. It'll be a hike to Arlington for the stadium but suggest you live close to work as traffic here can be really bad. 5 days a week with a short commute beats having to drive to the ballpark once or twice a month.

Welcome.

Stay in the North Irving/Coppell area. Its nice and an easy commute. From there you can take the george bush turnpike to 30 its not too long from the ballpark.
