Addition to note above. The road I am referring to is called Red Wolf Trail, it appears to be in Collin County, except for lots on the end of this road which would be in Denton County. This is where I saw the one 1/2 acre lot being built upon.

I am familiar with Normandy from visiting the Bentley model home before buying my home in W. Plano about 2 years ago. If I recall correctly and I may not, the Bentley owner (they bought the remaining lots of Normandy) told me in the estate section of Normandy, that it was possible to get into Plano Schools rather than Lewisville ISD. I didnt pursue it due to my wife's interest in being closer to family and further east of this location. I dont know if that arrangment is true or applies to other land in a similiar setting if its true. I doubt its true or I would think Kingsgate or Kings Lake or Shoal Creek would have pursued that same school option if possible.

PM me if interested in which lot in West Plano Near Preston I am referring to. I can give you the location so you can decide if it might be worth pursuing with the developer owner of it.

I think I have an idea which lot you are talking about but it's not up for sale.

Correct it is not on the market, but the developer who owns it might entertain an offer is my guess. These times havent been too good to developers, but this one must be doing ok not to market this lot or perhaps he is saving it for a family member but its a great lot, never hurts to ask

Good luck

I live near this neighborhood and can vouch that location is really convenient. It's not easy to buy/finance/sell million dollar homes in this economy but these are luxury custom homes with tons of upgrades and lot sizes are decent for a built out and expensive central location.
