Best Apartments in Las Colinas (leasing, young professionals, restaurant)

I will be moving with my girlfriend to the DFW area for a job in Las Colinas at the start of next year. We're mid-twenties young professionals. I wouldn't say we like to go out to bars, but we definitely like to go to a nice restaurant, coffee shop, and do something fun in town on the weekend. We also don't know anyone in the area, so it'd be nice to generally be around other people our age.

I'm guessing that I will be spending around $1,000/mo, but I could spend more or less depending on what I got for the money.

I don't care at all about "Resort Style" pools, but a nice gym and a pool that I could do laps in would be great. I also don't care at all about what the lobby looks like, but having a nice running or biking trail nearby would be great as I'm a marathon runner and like to spend time in the gym. I don't know what else is desirable to be near in Las Colinas??

Only other thing I would say is that I would prefer to be at a place that has more "interesting young professionals" than, say, "jacked, copy-cat tribal armband tattoo'd, bro-guys."
