Which place would you pick for a family with one spouse working in Plano(Independence/121) and other in Richardson(Campbell/75), schooling is a huge factor, family income is 190,000, mortgage approved for 600,000 but wish is to keep it close to 400,000. A sizable yard with pool is a must have. Family church is in Plano(Independence/Spring Creek). Preferable age of the house 15 year or less. There rental home is in East Plano.

Why are you not including Mckinney in the choices? If you want 15 years or newer, that's going to confine you to far west Plano to find that, which would be a bear to get to Richardson for work.

From your choices, I vote Allen, in the area by Custer/Alma and 121. Lots of newer developments out there, and just across 121 is McKinney, which also has newer homes in your price range close by.

PISD feeding areas of North Plano, West Plano, East Richardson and Murphy are best options in my opinion.
