Like you I am all for more authentic Chinese cuisine. You won't catch me at a Pei Wei or Panda Express or most chinese takeout places. Give me a hole in the wall sit down restaurant with a secret Chinese menu and items I don't recognize any day. But admit it...most of us Chinese food aficionados got our start with the Americanized stuff.

West Plano- Skillman Wok off the tollway just south of plano parkway. Really good and cheap. I also like lovers egg roll off parker and the tollway.
