I am looking at some houses in these two communities in Plano. Please advice if you are from that area.

Cypress Point is one of my favorite subdivision and you get gated custom community. They have lovely creek, ravine,golf and pond views which is a novelty in DFW. You can get good size lots and quick access to all three tollways. I like Windhaven but it has too much school traffic. Both are nice subdivisions so no loss either way.
