Hi, we are finally in a contract for a home in Keller, TX. Can anyone recommend insurance agents or companies and how are utilities done? Who are the cable providers?

Thanks so much.

There are plenty of Insurance agents in Keller. All you major brand names and then some.
I think that if we list names then that may be breaking the TOS.
The cable provider may be the usual Verizon or Charter in Tarrant county.

Will you be in the city of Keller or the outskirts of unincorporated Fort Worth?

Please view the top entry of the dallas forum, "The relocation index forum entry"
there is an entry that may answer the majority of your questions.
It has links to all that and then some.

Good Luck and Welcome to Keller

.
Here is the Texas HelpInsure.com site that will give you comparison examples of policy rates/provisions for both your home and auto insurance needs, along with the company ratings for each. The Learning Center tab on this site is especially helpful with a lot of great info.

This will all depend on where your home is located. You'll get more detailed answers if you post this in the Fort Worth Forum. Keller is FAR from Dallas.

I know Keller has Verizon Fios for internet, but there are others as well. TXU and Tri-Country Electric are utility providers, but again, it depends on your exact location.

Welcome to Keller, it's a lovely place to live.

Moderator cut: need at least 10 other posts to make specific recommendations, we have at&t uverse, which was slow to install, but GREAT web and digital tv. You will love Keller. We are in Marshall Ridge and love it and the town! Great schools, good, grounded kids in the schools, great teachers. A happy, pretty town to live in
