Their are really few nice communities near Parr library within your price range with West feeder schools, highways, reserve, park, shopping, dinning, hospitals etc. I'm not sure about the exact year but probably built in early 2000's. Check them out before you commit somewhere else as its an expensive area so buying lowest priced homes would make good resale in better market. Another good option is East Richardson feeding to Plano ISD. Look around Renner Road and those schools (Stinson, Otto,Shell) are significantly better than schools feeding to Waterford or Glenwood. Homes were built in 2000's but they have Highland/ Hungtington/Drees communities that are solid builts and you'll get upgrades without breaking the bank.
