LOL @ ability to recognize your home, it's not a consideration of conformists ... and illegal for communists ... realtor myth# 23 if you don't enter neighbor's house by mistake every other week then your house wont fit the mold and is unsellable ... only rebels use slightly darker shade of red bricks

I would say that you go to Park Cities and Lakewood for character and pizzaz, only zip code in Collin County where you can find non cookie cutter houses is 75093.
