Most corporate jobs are in Irving, Dallas, Plano, Richardson. I want to find a central place to give me access to all of these places, in case I change or loose job as I wouldn't want kids to move once again after moving to Dubai and then to US within four years.

Irving. Is the most central to the entire metroplex. There are good schools in the northern neighborhoods, and it puts you very close to both DFW and Love Field.

In other posts you mentioned that your job in Plano and that you are looking for a rental for $1500/mo. Given these facts I would suggest Plano, near your job, if you can find a rental there. I saw a (very) few rentals on MLS in Plano ISD in your price range so you would get good schools and a short commute. If you switch jobs later it would still be a short commute to Richardson. I'm not sure how long it would take to get to Irving but hopefully not awful. Commute to north/far north Dallas wouldn't be terrible either. Downtown Dallas would take longer if you ever got a job there, but, your current job is in Plano, right? Good schools, reasonably affordable housing, good location for other job centers...I would focus there.

Plano, Richardson, University Park and Coppell are as central as it gets in our huge metroplex, specially if you need good schools.

I find Plano quite central. I know a family with one spouse working in Dallas medical city, one spouse in Frisco, one child in UTD, another child in SMU, daughter is in Shepton with piano teacher in Richardson and West Plano is keeping it manageable for all. When they bought house next door, both were working in Plano and children were in school. They would be in serious trouble if they lived in Frisco or Prosper. Eight years can bring a lot of changes in a family's life.
