I like this Plano house but have yet to see it in person. I like it because it reminds me of the interiors of the many high end chicago condos... not sure if that's a good thing for a house in Plano.. but I feel like I do like it.

I hate this house, the one you posted in Colleyville had way more curb appeal. Looks like they were trying to balance traditional and contemporary styles, and it didn't work for me. This one does have a nice pool and media room, but Preston is too busy to be backed up to.

If this was in my budget I would ABSOLUTELY live here. This is SO up my alley...but our budget is half this unfortunately. Wonderful schools. I would not hesitate. In Brooklyn, NY this house would cost in the millions!
