A friend's mother has taught at Shelton for decades, and she has great things to say about the students that graduate from there. They really do have excellent programs that teach the students skills they will use forever!

We are looking to relocate this summer from Grapevine area to the Allen/McKinney area. We have looked at the public middle schools in Allen, which seem to perform well (although they are pretty big). We have not been as impressed with the McKinney schools as a whole. We have also looked at private school options for both the curriculum and smaller class sizes. Does anyone have any feedback or opinions of McKinney Christian or Cornerstone Christian Academy (McKinney)? These are two that we are seriously considering.

In terms of public school, does anyone have any feedback on Curtis Middle School vs. Ereckson Middle School in Allen ISD?
