Mi Cocini on Preston, backs to a lake with a patio overlooking it. I did not think Ziziki's or breadwinners had patio's and cant say for Istanbul.

Ziziki's and breadwiners don't have a real patio. Istanbul does- it's in the shops at legacy and has a decent-sized patio on a street with good foot traffic during meal times. Mi Cocina has two plano locations (lakeside and Legacy)- both have very good patios.

For some additional choices in the northern burbs....

Watters Creek in Allen have a number of restaurants whose patios overlook the green lawn/creek/pond (Grimaldis, Cru, The Londoner, Blue Fish, Mi Cocina, Brio).

Cafe Malaga in Mckinney has a great secluded outdoor patio under giant oak trees.
