The Ballpark is only two years younger than the Georgia Dome; in March the city of Atlanta agreed to build the Falcons a new stadium. The Rangers ownership team is well aware that they just missed the boat on a retractable roof. They'll be shopping around for a jurisdiction to build them one and Arlington won't have the ability. Ft Worth will, though...
